Creamy Coleslaw
16 oz. coleslaw
2 Tbsp. onion
1/4 c. (or less) sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 & 1/2 Tbsp vinear
2 & 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice.
Set coleslaw aside. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Add coleslaw & refrigerate a few hours before serving. Tastes best next day.
